Tator Tot Casserole

Michelle made Tator Tot Casserole this month.  Here is the general recipe, but you could easily modify it to your own liking.

1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 can cream of celery
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tator tots

Mix first five ingredients.  Spread into 9x9 greased pan.  Mix soup with vegetables and spread on top of meat mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese and top with tator tots.  Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.  OR freeze before baking.  Remove from freezer 30 minutes before baking.  Cover and bake 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
