Italian Chicken Roll-Ups

Jennifer made Itallian Chicken Roll-Ups.  The recipe is adapted from Taste of Home's recipe.   I used half the amount of bread crumbs, cheese & parsley.

It also works just as well to chicken tenders or tenderized chicken breasts.
