Rolo Cookies

Jenna made Rolo Cookies for the Sweet Swap this month.  Here is her recipe:

Chocolate Rolo Cookies

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 t. baking soda
1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
9 oz. pkg. Rolos
1 c. almond bark
4 T. sugar (to roll dough in)

Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside. Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing well. Chill dough, 1 hour for easier handling. Meanwhile, remove wrappers from Rolos. Turn dough out onto waxed paper and form into 4 sections. Divide each section into 12 balls. Enclose a Rolo in the center of each ball, covering well. Roll the ball in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Melt almond bark and drizzle a "z" over cookies.
